Clinical Therapist

This is a salaried, benefits-eligible position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative care setting. As a clinical therapist, you will be part of an interprofessional team that provides psychological services alongside primary care physicians and other medical personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy for patients in a medical setting
- Carry a patient caseload as assigned and attend regular case consultation and Grand Rounds
- Comply with clinic documentation standards and relevant statutes, licensing board rules, and codes of ethics
- A master's or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited academic program
- Full, independent, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC)
- At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred)
- Formal training in child, couples, or family therapy (preferred)
This position offers a robust benefits package, including paid burnout time, twelve weeks of paid parenting leave, and an annual CEU allowance.
