Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Therapist for Children, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations, writing reports, planning and conducting treatment sessions, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and interacting with and building relationships with families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess children's communication skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to children of various ages and abilities
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatric speech therapy
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Illinois State License in Speech-Language Pathology (IDFPR)
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
