Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the lounge team in successful day-to-day operations, welcoming guests, and assisting with event planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the lounge team in front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Welcoming guests and assisting with seating arrangements
  • Assisting with event planning and logistics
  • Setting up and managing staff shifts and timetables
  • Developing and providing staff training
  • Managing inventory and supplies
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment
  • Providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification required
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and speak effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
