In this role, you will:

  • Assist customers in identifying their financial needs and recommend products and services to meet those needs.
  • Recognize and seize opportunities to make referrals for loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other services offered by the bank.
  • Gain an understanding of the banking industry and contribute to meeting branch goals in various categories.
  • Build trusting relationships with individuals in the communities we serve.
  • Process transactions for customers in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and follow through with customers.

This role focuses on obtaining general banking knowledge and mastering routine transactions, including account opening. An interest and experience in customer service and a working knowledge of Windows are essential for this position.
