Key Responsibilities

The individual in this role will oversee the assignment and coordination of personnel and resources essential for the efficient and thorough installation of all business customer Security & Life Safety Systems, including Video Surveillance, Burglar Alarms, Fire Alarms, and Access Control systems within a designated area. The responsibilities include:

  • Planning and Scheduling: Organize, supervise, and manage installation projects.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure all necessary equipment is procured for installations.
  • Documentation: Prepare progress reports, expense reports, and other relevant documents.
  • System Evaluation: Assess system performance and effectiveness to reduce equipment failures.
  • Technical Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current standards and advancements in the field.
  • Communication: Keep team members and clients informed about industry developments.
  • Workforce Development: Optimize workforce size to effectively manage subscriber-related workloads.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • An associate degree or equivalent two-year electronic trade school training.
  • Experience in managing a technical team.
  • A minimum of two years of management or leadership experience.
  • Strong financial skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities and the capacity to work within a matrix team structure.
