MEP Superintendent Job Description

Aristeo is seeking a highly skilled MEP Superintendent to lead our construction teams on large-scale projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and successful completion of projects, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including customers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Safety: Promote a culture of safety within the team, ensuring that all employees understand and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on industrial projects, leading large, multi-union crews.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as construction methods and materials.
  • Education: 4-year engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30, MIOSHA Class, First Aid and CPR, and Accident Investigation Class.
