We are looking for a committed and meticulous Sanitation Specialist to become a part of our workforce. The successful applicant will be tasked with upholding cleanliness and sanitation at various client sites, ensuring that all duties are executed to predefined standards and in accordance with cleaning protocols.

Primary Duties:

  1. Punctually arrive at client sites, deliver cleaning services to established benchmarks, and ensure the premises are secured upon leaving.
  2. Execute a variety of cleaning duties, including sweeping, buffing, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, disposing of waste, polishing surfaces, sanitizing restrooms, and cleaning windows.
  3. Inspect and replenish all dispensers and paper supplies (such as paper towels, toilet paper, and seat covers) during each shift.
  4. Change mop heads and vacuum bags as necessary.
  5. Review the quality of completed work to guarantee high standards are upheld.
  6. Request and submit inventory needs to the Area Supervisor/Area Manager when required.
  7. Identify and report potential maintenance issues such as damaged carpets, unstable furniture, or malfunctioning fixtures either verbally or through checklists.
  8. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures related to task performance, product usage, and incident reporting.
  9. Perform any other reasonable tasks within the overall scope of the position.

Required Qualifications:

Positive demeanor and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Capability to follow directions and acquire new skills.

Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.

Self-motivated individual who takes initiative to identify and complete tasks with minimal oversight.

Strong focus on detail.

Prior experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.

Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds for brief periods.
