Job Title: Live-in Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Live-in Caregiver to join our team at Hearts & Hands of Care, Inc. As a Live-in Caregiver, you will provide in-home support and care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Manage the daily operations of the home, including household chores, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Assist with transportation and accompany residents to appointments and activities.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy living environment, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Two years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or challenging behaviors.
  • Supervisory, teaching, or mentoring experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • First Aid certification and ability to complete 18 hours of CEUs annually.
