Staff Nurse

As a leader of the healthcare team, this Staff RN will provide professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate performance consistent with the Medical Center Vision, Mission, and Strategic Plan of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care, prioritizing the needs of patients and families
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, ensuring multidisciplinary planning and consultation
- Monitor patient progress, revising plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
- Participate in performance improvement activities, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years
- Registered Nurse License (California)
- Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
