About This Opportunity

Dignity Health is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CHI St. Elizabeth in Lincoln, Nebraska. As a member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide direct clinical care in our Level-III NICU with 27 private rooms. Our Neonatal ICU inpatient setting offers a unique combination of high-frequency ventilation, whole body cooling, and transports.

Responsibilities

  • Practice Highlights:
  • PRN Position
  • Collaborative practice with 2 physicians and 6 NNPs
  • Participate in medical team rounds and collaborate with physicians, nursing, and other medical personnel
  • Provide patient education and answer questions regarding disease, treatments, and related drug and treatment side effects and hazards
  • Refer patients to specialists as appropriate

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner from accredited program
  • Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
  • NE License required
  • BLS, PALS, and NRP certification
