Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with the sales team to develop new business
  • Perform outbound business calls to understand client needs and sell banking products
  • Oversee sales of consumer and business credit cards, account analysis, and treasury management services
  • Drive branch performance during sales campaigns and conduct promotions to build momentum for core account growth
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or related field
  • NMLS registration required
  • 6+ years of bank branch leadership and operations experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory/management role leading a project, process, or team
