**Responsibilities:*

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Promote patient education and empowerment through effective communication and support.

**Qualifications:**

  • Degree from an accredited registered nursing program required, with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State.
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire, with AHA ACLS and AHA PALS certification within six months of hire.
