Job Summary

The Operations Associate for Insigneo's RIA is responsible for providing operational support to the Financial Advisors. This role involves reviewing account opening documentation, maintaining custodian requirements, and setting up clients in internal systems platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify account opening documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain and update custodian requirements for account opening and translate in a clear manner to advisors.
  • Set up clients in internal systems platforms for reporting purposes.
  • Review systems data for reconciliation purposes.
  • Input billing templates in the system.
  • Create, review, and distribute invoices for Advisory Fees.
  • Download reports from custodians on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis for purposes of data records keeping.
  • Support with general inquiries from clients.
  • Ongoing training and information sharing with clients.
  • Serve as liaison between the custodian and clients/advisors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or related field preferred.
  • Requires a minimum of three (3) years of work-related experience in a RIA (Registered Investment Advisor).
  • FINRA Series 7 or 65 licenses desired.
  • Previous experience using custodian platforms including NETX360.
  • Previous experience using reporting systems such as ORION or Addepar.
  • Excellent attention to detail, self-started and driven.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Customer service attitude, team player and proactive.
  • Ability to work under pressure and time bound projects.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge in the operation of laptops/desktops and Microsoft platforms/software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
