Automotive Systems Specialist

Beverly Gas & Tire is seeking an experienced Automotive Systems Specialist to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
Servicing Vehicles
As an Automotive Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues. You must be proficient in using dealership software and possess extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate vehicle malfunction codes using advanced diagnostic tools
- Develop and implement service center procedures for tracking repair status and maintaining technical documentation
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
- Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business through excellent communication skills
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program preferred
- ASE certification or SAE certification preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills essential
