Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Repair and Maintenance
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
    • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, and electrical system problems.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are informed and satisfied with the service provided.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repairs and maintenance needs in a clear and concise manner.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other service technicians and advisors to ensure that customers receive timely and efficient service.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technologies and repair techniques.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • ASE Certification required.
    • B-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
    • Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
    • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
