Key Responsibilities:
  • Process claims (HCFA and UB) efficiently and effectively.
  • Resolve claims in a timely manner, meeting the daily target of 150 claims.
  • Maintain high levels of statistical and financial accuracy, achieving a rate of 98% or higher.
  • Handle large volumes of data input with ease and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to questions from customers and providers.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in medical claims processing.
  • Knowledge of HCFA, Medicare, and TDI regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • COVID vaccine or valid exemption.
