We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Ascent Emergency Medical Center LLC. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your expertise in diagnostic imaging to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate radiology equipment to produce CT and X-ray results for diagnostic purposes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, patients, and families to provide excellent healthcare.
- Maintain professionalism in job performance and healthcare practice.
- Perform patient laboratory testing and results reporting as assigned by the Laboratory Director.
- Insertion of IV catheter and blood draws in the ER.
- Calibrate all laboratory instruments, where applicable, as per facility policy.
- Assist in the maintenance of all equipment in the department, including cleaning and QA procedures.
- Prepare patients as necessary for examination.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Graduation from accredited approved school of Radiologic Technology.
- Two years of radiologic/imaging experience.
- ARRT CT certification.
- CPR certification.
- A well-maintained level of continuing education in the field of Radiology Technology.
- Basic computer skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Successful completion of Ascent EMC clinical orientation with proven capabilities in skill, knowledge base, and an understanding of company vision.
