About the Role

Achieving True Self is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based treatment to individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement and supervise behavioral interventions to promote skill acquisition and behavior change.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide training and supervision to junior staff members to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
