Residential Advisor

At Centerstone, we are seeking a highly skilled Residential Advisor to join our team. As a Residential Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing day-to-day supervision and living skills instruction to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist residents in achieving maximum independence while maintaining a safe and supportive living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with linkage to internal and external resources as outlined in their treatment plans.
• Provide transportation for residents as needed.
• Offer instruction on personal care and life skills, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a mental health or social service field, or an Associate's degree with one year of mental health experience.
• One year of mental health experience.
• CPR/1st Aid and CPI certification.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing: 20%
• Sitting: 80%
• Squatting, kneeling, and bending: occasional
• Driving: occasional
• Lifting: occasional
