Job Title: RRT-NICU Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

LeaderStat is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Marion, Ohio.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced RRT to work in a NICU setting, providing respiratory care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in the NICU, including ventilation, oxygen therapy, and aerosol therapy.
  • Conduct respiratory assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience working as a full-time Respiratory Therapist.
  • Clinical experience within the last 2 years.
  • Current State Licensure.
  • Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).
