Job Summary

Fairview Hospital - Respiratory is seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Certification and Licensure
    • CRT or RRT certification is required
    • Ohio RRT license is required
  • Experience and Education
    • 2 years of experience as an RRT is required
  • Clinical Skills
    • NBRC credential is required
    • BLS certification is required
  • Additional Requirements
    • Must carry a valid government-issued photo ID while on assignment
    • Unit-specific competency exam is required within 12 months of start
    • Online Training Modules must be completed prior to start
    • Candidate must pick up their badge from the facility prior to start
    • Pre-employment physical is required
    • Fit Mask testing is required
    • Negative 2-Step PPD or Quantiferon Gold TB test/T-Spot is required within 6 months of start
    • Criminal background check is required prior to start
    • Monthly requirements for EPLS/GSA/SAM
    • Pre-employment references are required
    • Fingerprinting must be completed ASAP
    • FBI and BCI Fingerprint Attestation is required within 12 months of start
