Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency disorders, head injury, stroke, aphasia, and AAC. This is a 40 hour week position that can be tailored to fit your family life. We offer benefits to all employees of at least 30 hours a week. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and we will fill it for you. We provide the necessary materials and handle authorizations and billing for you. This is a therapist-owned and run company, so you will not have to travel to see patients. They will come to you. Your responsibilities will include developing therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders, implementing standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders, establishing treatment goals and milestones with patients, documenting and storing treatment plans and progress reports, updating patient progress to relevant parties, and researching related speech and language problems. Qualifications include previous experience in the field of speech pathology, familiarity with communication disorders, ability to build rapport with patients, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive and patient demeanor. A Master's degree in speech pathology is required for this position.
