Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (Home Health)

Neogen Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients. Your expertise will be essential in creating personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Create individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders
  • Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and causes
  • Keep detailed records of patient progress and care plans

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-language Pathology
  • Active California Speech & Language Pathologist license
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Speech and Language Pathology
  • Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments
  • Excellent coaching and verbal and written communication skills
