Job Title: EH&S Manager

Job Summary:

Huntsman International LLC is seeking a highly skilled EH&S Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Advanced Materials Division, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's environmental, health, and safety policies are implemented and maintained at our McIntosh, AL site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with site managers and supervisors to develop and implement safety training programs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of environmental, health, and safety data.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, or industrial hygiene or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety management.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in engineering, safety, or industrial hygiene or related field.
  • Certifications in environmental, health, and safety (e.g., CIH, REM, CSP).
