Job Title: Senior Manager

Miller Kaplan Arase LLP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Tax department. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our tax professionals, attracting new business, and ensuring compliance with state regulations and local procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor tax professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to attract new business and grow existing relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Manage and oversee daily workflow, including staff training and development.
  • Provide constructive feedback and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, or related field.
  • CPA or Bar certification.
  • Eight+ years of public accounting experience with a tax focus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in accounting, taxation, or related field.
  • Significant supervisory experience.
