Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at The Institute for Child and Family Development, a subsidiary of Tree of Life Ministries Inc. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of our clients.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Main Duties:

  • Develop and implement behavioral health programs and interventions.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain and enforce healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to staff members.
  • Review and sign clinical documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Licensure as LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist.
  • Experience in a leadership role, preferably in behavioral health.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
