Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our Adult Recovery Services team at Burrell Behavioral Health. As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual and group counseling, assessments, and interventions to adults struggling with substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to adults with substance use disorders
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with case workers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in community events and committees to promote awareness and education about substance use disorders
  • Coordinate referrals to more intensive services as needed
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a Human Services field
  • Provisionally or fully licensed as: LMSW, PLPC, LPC, LCSW, PLP, or LP in the state of Missouri
