Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales and marketing staff to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
