At a prominent Real Estate Development Firm in New Jersey, we are seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our growing team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced paralegal with expertise in commercial and residential real estate leasing. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Executive Vice President in the commercial division, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and other outside parties.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate property tours for prospective clients
  • Complete lease documents, including reviewing, editing, and amending leases
  • Participate in the attorney review process, drafting and reviewing leases and corresponding legal documentation
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records and copies of pertinent documents and files
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • ~5 years of commercial and/or residential real estate experience (preferred)
  • ~Commercial leasing experience required with the ability to read, interpret, and modify a range of applicable commercial lease templates
  • ~A real estate license is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel
