Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skin care services, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other treatments as trained and certified.
• Consult with clients to determine their individual needs and recommend appropriate treatments and skin care products.
• Ensure all treatments are performed to the spa's high standards and follow all health and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to all sanitation guidelines.
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to clients to enhance their experience and support spa sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in esthetics, and pursue ongoing training as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Collaborate with spa team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Valid Esthetician License in California.
• Previous experience as an Esthetician in a spa or similar environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of skin care products and treatments.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by spa scheduling.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $18.00/Hr. - $24.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
