Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform molecular cloning, small-scale RNA production, and purification tasks
  • Work closely with molecular biologists, RNA biologists, process engineers, and chemists to support the development of sa-mRNA platform technology and process
  • Organize and multitask to meet deadlines and adhere to timelines
  • Support team members and deliver lab responsibilities as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • B.S./MS degree in molecular biology or related field with 0-3 years of industry experience
  • Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques, including electrophoresis, enzymatic reactions, in vitro transcription, and nucleic acid purifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays, and fluorescence/luminescence-based readouts
  • Experience in developing, validating, optimizing, and deploying cell and molecular biology-based methods
