Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Precision Machinist to join our team at Niles Precision Co., Inc. in Niles, MI.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Role
  • Perform complex machining operations on a variety of materials using manual and CNC equipment.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy to specifications and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required after training period.

Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in machining.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to lift up to 20 pounds unassisted.
