Patient Care Specialist

As a Patient Care Specialist at Aspirus Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients. Your primary duty will be to round on patients, answer call lights, and maintain a safe environment. You will work closely with the nursing staff to identify opportunities to improve patient experience and safety. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will make you an asset to our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Round on patients to ensure their needs are met
  • Answer call lights and respond to patient requests
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Work with nursing staff to identify opportunities to improve patient experience and safety
  • Communicate effectively with patients and staff

Requirements:
  • Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
