Position Overview
As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide essential leadership and technical expertise for all maintenance operations within the plant. Your role will involve:

- Developing and enhancing a preventive and predictive maintenance program
- Supporting initiatives aimed at optimizing equipment performance
- Managing an annual capital improvement plan
- Overseeing a repair and maintenance budget while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations
- Training and mentoring both management and non-management staff in the maintenance department
