We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Reading, United States.

About the Role:

In this position, you will assess and treat individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, working in schools, healthcare facilities, or private practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients with speech, language, and communication disorders to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and improve communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports to track treatment outcomes.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families to support communication development.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current SLP license in the United States, with ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or adult patients, with a focus on improving communication skills.
Compensation:

A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered, along with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance plans, opportunities for professional development and continuing education, a supportive work environment with interdisciplinary collaboration, and a flexible schedule with paid time off.
