Role Summary:

As an Agile Project Facilitator, you will work closely with diverse product stakeholders and teams to comprehend and anticipate their requirements, translating them into actionable tasks.

Your responsibilities will include providing leadership, coaching, and facilitation to support the Scrum Team and the Agile framework.

You will coordinate essential Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Demonstrations, Story Refinement, and Release Planning.

In collaboration with your team, you will establish a clear vision and develop a product roadmap aligned with this vision.

Assist the product owner in managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on evolving requirements and project timelines.

Create an environment conducive to team effectiveness and assist in removing obstacles that hinder progress.

Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.

Foster a positive relationship between the team and the product owner, as well as with external stakeholders.

Exemplify a Lean-Agile mindset through servant leadership principles.

Proactively identify challenges, assess risks, and propose effective solutions.

Monitor and report on team velocity and other relevant project metrics.

Encourage and support changes that promote continuous improvement, enhancing the productivity of the Scrum Team.

Collaborate efficiently with product owners and end-users to deliver significant business value.

Ensure adherence to core Agile principles and compliance with organizational Agile standards.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

In-depth understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle with hands-on experience collaborating with development teams.

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, demonstrating a solid grasp of Agile values, principles, methodologies, and the development lifecycle.

Proven ability to identify cross-team dependencies and align work effectively.

Strong capability to engage with customers, comprehend their business practices, and manage expectations.

Ability to establish clear performance standards and hold team members accountable while maintaining team engagement.

Track team performance using appropriate metrics and promote a high-performing Agile culture in collaboration with leadership.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, mentoring, and servant leadership skills, with a proven track record of removing impediments.

Capacity to foresee potential conflicts and facilitate positive resolutions.

Ability to balance competing demands for quality, scope, and schedule.

Experience in analyzing and documenting business and system processes.

CSM Certification is mandatory; please ensure it is uploaded under the Reference tab for consideration.

PSM Certification is preferred.
