We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Sanders Ridge Health Campus. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the assessment of patients in collaboration with Registered Nurses
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
  • Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans and self-care
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety
Requirements:
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification prior to hire date
  • High school diploma or equivalent
