Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in providing high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.
About the RoleAs an LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing skilled nursing care and support to help them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the LPN practices
- Current Health Certificate (per facility)
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year prior LPN experience preferred
