Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Retail Manager to join our team at Monro. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their best performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and control expenses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or management
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
