LPN - Inpatient Surgical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our inpatient surgical team at Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care services, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care services as licensed and delegated by the Registered Nurse.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in team nursing, focusing on an interdisciplinary approach to care with the nurse at the forefront.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Current Maryland license as an LPN is required.
- Current CPR certification.
- One year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferred, but not required.
- Specialty experience may be required.
