Physiatrist - Inpatient Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiatrist to join our team at the University of Missouri School of Medicine & MU Health Care. As an Inpatient Physiatrist, you will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients at Rusk Hospital, with a focus on Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Electromyography (EMG) services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide inpatient rehabilitation services to patients at Rusk Hospital
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with TBI and other neurological conditions
- Conduct EMG services to diagnose and treat muscle and nerve disorders
- Teach and mentor rotating residents and student learners in a clinical setting
- M.D. or D.O. degree in Physiatry
- Board certification in Physiatry
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation and TBI services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
