Our esteemed client in the real estate sector is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to address the routine operational needs of their commercial property. The selected technician will be responsible for managing work orders submitted by tenants and, when necessary, coordinating external assistance for any electrical, HVAC, or lighting concerns. This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining a clean and functional environment for tenants.
The technician is expected to be present on-site at 8 AM daily, adhering to a standard 40-hour work week. Candidates must be capable of lifting a minimum of 20 pounds, climbing ladders as required, and utilizing power tools as needed.
