About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at CBRE. In this role, you will be responsible for performing complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
  • Perform contracted work, including landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning.
  • Inspect the work performed by outside contractors.
  • Review assigned work orders.
  • Estimate time and materials needed to complete repair.
  • Order materials and supplies to finish the tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of four years of related experience and/or trade school training.
  • Universal CFC certification preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
