At Benco Dental, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Billing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the processes responsible for all customer billing operations.

This role requires a passion for finding solutions and creating processes that support strategic opportunities. You will design, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to streamline effective billing processes across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving processes and problem-solving, with advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and SQL experience. You will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and external parties, and manage multiple priorities and urgent requests effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the completion, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly billing
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the billing process
• Ensure continuous oversight for RPA items as it relates to all items for Order to Cash
• Build effective relationships with business partners to establish and test new processes and procedures
• Manage the preparation and analyzing the results of revenue-related reconciliations
• Assist with annual financial statement and internal control audits
• Create and distribute regular billing metrics and ad-hoc reports to Senior Leadership
• Lead process change by creating efficiencies and process documentation
• Serve as a mentor to fellow associates guiding the learning and training process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
• 5+ years of Billing and Finance experience
