Job Summary

Bert Ogden Auto Group is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Estimator to join our team. As an integral part of our body shop, the successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating vehicle damage, preparing accurate estimates, and communicating with customers to ensure a seamless repair process.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate vehicle damage and prepare detailed estimates for repairs
  
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient repair completion
  
• Present a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
  
• Meet or exceed customer service standards and sales goals
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices
  
• Other duties as assigned by management
  

Requirements

• 
  
• 21 years old or older
  
• Valid Texas driver's license and good driving record
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  
• General mechanical skills and manual dexterity
  
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
  
• Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test and background screening check
  

Working Environment

The Collision Repair Estimator will work in a fast-paced body shop environment, interacting with customers, insurance adjusters, and other team members. A valid Texas driver's license and good driving record are required, as well as the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
