This career opportunity is part of our Life Sciences and Medical Devices Consulting Practice at Wipro. As the Global Head, you will lead and grow the consulting business across the globe, focusing on strategic initiatives, strong client relationships, and significant growth.

Your responsibilities will include defining a sound business growth strategy, expanding consulting business contribution, building C-level relationships, and fostering partnerships with key ecosystem players.

Job Description
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of consulting professionals across different regions.
  • Set goals and objectives, provide guidance and support, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and implement a competency-building strategy to enhance team capabilities.
  • Drive thought leadership by engaging with industry leaders, analysts, and influencers.

You will collaborate with clients to transform their business processes, solve complex challenges, and deliver customer value as a central theme across all activities.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 15 years of industry experience, including leadership roles in management consulting or the Life Science and Medical Device industries.
  • Strong domain knowledge and experience in the Life Science sectors, with required depth and breadth across R&D, Clinical Development, Commercials, Compliance, SCM, and their technology implications.
  • A proven track record of driving transformational and strategic consulting sales.
  • Experience in consultative selling and creating value-based presentations.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
