Key Responsibilities- Assist staff in developing clinical skills and problem-solving in complex patient care situations.
- Teach and support staff to initiate access and manage intravascular therapy.
- Provide direct care in selected complex patient care situations.
- Negotiate effectively to reach consensual decisions with staff and managers.
- Graduate of a professional academic nursing program. BSN or actively pursuing BSN preferred.
- Holds current RN Registration or a Limited Permit to practice in the State of New York.
- Minimum of three years recent acute care clinical experience in specific patient populations served.
The Clinical Support Nurse will work in a fast-paced clinical environment, interacting with patients, families, and healthcare staff. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
