Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and respond to client requests for multimedia support, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on multimedia equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Qualifications:
