Executive Chef

Compass Group Careers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, and preparing or directing the preparation of meals in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines.

• Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers
• Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
• Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Maintain accurate records of food inventory, production, and waste
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce food costs and improve profitability
• Ensure that all kitchen staff are trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
