We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Houseperson to join our team at Liberty Place Charleston, a Hilton Club. As a Houseperson, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities
  • Attend to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas and guest rooms
  • Restock linens, towels, and supplies, and transport them to and from operations and buildings
  • Maintain work carts and stations to optimize appearance and efficiency
  • Clean guest corridors, landings, and stairwells, and deliver guest requests
  • Assist management in maintaining an accurate inventory of linen and supplies
Requirements
  • Adapt communication style to suit different audiences and efficiently communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and guests in English
  • Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
  • Work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, flexible with spontaneous demands from guests
  • Physically able to work from a ladder, move furniture, operate cleaning equipment, and tolerate exposure to general cleaning chemicals
